This contains a record of current policies passed by Aberystwyth Guild of Students General Meetings (GM) and Annual General Meetings (AGM).

This policy document is updated after each GM or AGM.

Each policy included is in the form it was submitted to GM or AGM.

Every policy ends with a pass date and a lapse date. The pass date is the date of the meeting at which it was passed. The lapse date is the approximate date of the first GM of the academic year, three years after the original pass date.

All policies due to lapse will be presented at the first GM of the academic year and if no objection is raised they shall lapse at the end of that meeting.

In the event of a policy motion being passed in a subsequent academic year that contradicts an existing policy, the previous policy is void, and should be removed from this document.
