The highest decision making body is the General Meeting which take place 5 times a year and the Annual General Meeting which takes in the last term. All students are invited to attend these meetings to discuss and decide on policy and strategy. Guild Officers are elected from the student body, i.e. you, on an annual basis. The main elections take place in the second term with most positions being decided by cross-campus elections. The exceptions to this rule are the non-sabbatical positions 'sports officer' and 'societies officer' who are elected by students with Sporty cards and Societies cards respectively.
