One of the biggest moments for many young students in their university experience is their first entry into the private accommodation sector. This can be fun, exciting, scary or even traumatic – all at the same time. In Aberystwyth, many face a 'market' that is quick-moving, often low-quality and mostly overpriced.

The University and the Guild are here to help people through this process. Work has already begun with the Guild trying to calm the 'Annual November Housing Panic' with the campaign 'Fools Rush In'

From the December 5^th there will be a campus wide 'Housing Week' dedicated to providing students with the advice they need to be Happy House Hunters.
